Sunrise Country Club is located at 71-601 Country Club Drive in Rancho Mirage, the heart of the Coachella Valley, a short 25 minute drive from Palm Springs Airport. 

Sunrise Country Club is strategically located in the Coachella Valley with easy access to Los Angeles (110 miles away) San Diego (125 miles) and Las Vegas, (290 miles).  With the location of Sunrise Country Club you are only a few hours away from the Mountains and or the beaches of southern California. 

The easiest way to get here is from the Interstate 10, take the Bob Hope exit to Bob Hope Drive until you reach Country Club Drive. This is a map to show you exactly where we are in the Coachella Valley.

Rancho Mirage has been called  the HOME OF PRESIDENTS, where the late President Gerald Ford and Mrs. Ford made their home for many years.

The Sunrise Country Club hosted the Junior Tennis Easter Bowl Tournament this past April and will be hosting the NCTC Classic which show cases "The Best of the N.C.A.A" in the annual event which will be held at Sunrise Country Club January 2014. 

The Sunrise tennis and golf facilities are located in the center of desert activity. Just 10 minutes from the world’s prestige shopping on El Paseo  and  the Gardens on EL PASEO . . . Ten minutes from the McCallum Theater featuring outstanding theater and art . . . and within walking distance to 'THE RIVER",   a fun place to shop, eat, see a movie  or just enjoy a coffee at Starbucks.

Within the complex of Sunrise Country Club is a private, member-owned club consisting of a par 64 well manicured golf course, 13 pristine tennis courts, clubhouse pool,  a fitness/ activity center and the clubhouse.  The Clubhouse has a great restaurant, bar and grille.  There are 746 condominiums, made up of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes.  Social Membership to the Club comes with the purchase of your home.  There are several types of membership available.

Sunrise Country Club is one of the first Country Clubs built by  local developer, Bill Bone .  He had just finished a housing complex in Palm Springs, moved his vision and ambition to Rancho Mirage. There he purchased a 135 acre parcel of land, formerly a date farm which was undoubtedly one of the finest pieces of property available, the site upon which Sunrise Country Club is situated. 

In 1981 a group of homeowners banded together to purchase Sunrise Country Club from the developer and it became, and still is, a member owned private country club.
