Sunrise Country Club and Sunrise Country Club Homeowners Association Inc., is a hidden treasure located in the heart of Rancho Mirage, California, and consists of 746 condominium units, 22 swimming pools, four lakes, 13 tennis courts and an 18 hole, 64-par executive golf course, which meanders scenically through the condominium complex. Residents have easy access to several shopping centers, restaurants and the renowned Eisenhower Medical Center.
The Homeowners Association maintains 746 condominium units, 21 pools, 19 spas, Sunrise Lake and all streets and common area landscaping. The Association, with its Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s), is run by a Board of Directors, which maintains close contact with the Association General Manager. One of their many duties is to maintain a funded reserve program. All homeowners pay a monthly assessment fee which comprises the Annual Budget.
The following items are just a few ways your assessment fee is spent.
