Club Memberships

Sunrise Country Club is a private, member-owned club. Equity ownership at Sunrise entitles you to a reduced rate for Annual Golf and or Tennis Membership, 20% discount in the Pro Shop and a 10% discount in food.
Golf, Tennis and Fitness Memberships are available weekly, monthly and annually to all Homeowners and Equity Members of the Club.
As an Equity Member you may bring guests at anytime by paying the appropriate fees. Reciprocal privileges are available on a limited basis.

2008 EQUITY MEMBERSHIP


An Equity Membership at Sunrise Country Club is a Certificate of Ownership.

Sunrise Country Club is made up of one 18 Hole Executive Golf Course, 13 Tennis Courts, an Activity Center and the Clubhouse Complex.

An Equity Member, as an owner of the Club, has one vote in electing a Board
that runs the Club, therefore, giving him a voice in how the property is managed.

As an owner, an Equity Member does have some financial advantages as follows:

1. A lower fee to play golf or tennis.

2. A 20% discount on soft goods in the Golf Pro Shop. 

3. A 10% discount on food in the Clubhouse Dining Room and Grille

4. An Equity Member’s Tenants can purchase a Golf or Tennis Membership 
   without the Equity Member being a golf or tennis member.

An Equity Member has the following obligations as an owner:

1. Payment of Equity Member dues. These dues presently are $98.00 per month and       these funds are used to maintain the property owned.

2. Payment of Proprietary Dues, presently $80.05 per month.

3. The total monthly Equity dues obligation is $178.05. ($98 + $80.05).

4 . An Equity Member is responsible for a Food minimum of $500.00 each Season from September through July. The responsibilities of ownership continue as long as the Member is the owner of record of the Equity Membership.

An Equity Membership is real property and may be sold privately. The buyer must be approved by the Club’s Membership Committee, and the Club must handle the transfer of ownership.

An Equity Member who moves and no longer owns property in Riverside County may resign his/her Membership.
